CAUTION:  If you are using Internet Explorer 8 or 9 on XP, you will not be able to access the site.

As a first step, we recommend you upgrade to the newest version of your OS and browser prior to contacting us about technical difficulties with your course, as we can only provide limited support for other browsers and operating systems.

Not all courses are created in the same way. Some will complete with your computer settings and others may not. If you have difficulties viewing a course, please try a different browser or some of the suggestions in the other articles in this section.

Browser Compatibility

**SPECIAL NOTE: Adobe has announced it will End of Life Flash in 2020. This means Adobe will no longer support Flash and browsers will increasingly become unable to support Flash. We are working with universities on the BlueVolt platform to update and remove Flash content ahead of this.
